I am a bit OCD, but only about my shoe laces. I HATE it when one shoe is tighter than the other. So I recently bought some silicone laces from Amazon. Once I tried them on one pair of shoes, I immediately replaced all but my dress shoelaces with the no-tie laces.
I highly recomend these to anyone that likes the convenience of slip on shoes, or is a little bit crazy like me :)

I do like zero rise minimalist shoes... but Vibrams are ugly! Minimalist sandals like xeros' are some of my favorite minimalist shoes, or New Balance Minimus for running/hiking.
