Nice work on finding these gems, it's actions like these which will greatly improve the quality of content on Steemit.
I have 2700 Steem Power and to that effect I created a constructive comment campaign here which upvotes comments which provide value by 5-10 cents.
I'd appreciate your feedback on my campaign @ocd and I welcome your readers to post comments to my campaign. I have already voted up about 10 comments and am helping those users gain traction on their accounts through interaction too.

Hi there guys :-) I'm pretty new to Steemit but already loving it here. I've been telling all of my co-workers (only the cool ones actually) to join up and have already gotten my girlfriend and EVEN my dad to sign up for this site! It has a lot of potential and I heard on a recent Dan Larimer interview that it just passed 250,000 total users. That's simply amazing and we have so much more room to grow!
