OCD DAILY - Issue #24

Welcome to the 24th issue of @OCD Daily!

Issue #24 highlights content from eight (8) flourishing Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team on its journey continues to search tirelessly throughout Steemit for undervalued gems as provided by relatively new users.

Today our (20) curators, under our steadfast leader, @acidyo, have delivered eight wonderful pieces of original content to share with you! These works as provided by newer steemit users don’t have the audience in which their content deserves. @OCD strives to provide that audience and to showcase Steemit users that put in the effort to create quality content.

The nomination process
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @ocd team, votes tallied and the pieces with the most votes are placed into the compilation.

We encourage you to visit these blogs and to show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.

If you enjoyed their work give them a Follow or maybe even say hello

All of the content as chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is seen as universally appreciated and valued making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.

Today’s top nomination goes to @Elteamgordo as he is a true believer in food for the soul on a variety of levels. @Maerod is aware that most if not all people want their photos to look amazing as well as stand out. Usually people will turn to Photoshop or other applications but imagine a world in which you could rid the middleman. That’s right people the photo seen here was created without the use of any editing tools. Click HERE if you’d like to step your photography game up and not longer lead a life that requires begging for likes.

Our Second Piece as curated by @Ma1neevent: @Coloringiship doesn’t want to simply thrill you with her painting as seen here as that’s so yesterday. Instead, she wants to enlighten people through her painting, which acts a mirror to the lives we lead. She walks us through the many layers it took to become the vibrant piece you see here. Click HERE if you’d like to see the journey, which was taken to achieve this as well as know what part of life the painting was created to mirror.

Our Third Piece as curated by @Jznsamuel: @Lyndsaybowes is aware that the world is in love with the heavenly taste of good sourdough bread. If you’ve never had sourdough bread in your life the best way to describe it is the same as a person without a shadow on a summer day. Somehow you always look for it and if its not there you’re never fully whole. Click HERE if you’d like to feel whole again and learn how to make what looks to be some amazing sourdough bread.

Our Fourth Piece as curated by @Kryptik: @Olivercuico is quite the explorer as given his adventures throughout the islands that are the Philippines. Luckily for us he is playing our tour guide as well as storyteller. The photos are great enough to make someone that is flustered in their job put in their two weeks notice, sell their belongings and take the trip of a lifetime. Click HERE if you’d like to see what’s possible when you just explore without a care in the world.

Our Fifth Piece as curated by @Anomadsoul: @Nomadnessie wants to take us to a road many don’t talk about but everyone is aware of. In some cultures it is used less than that of others. Kurt Cobain accidentally wrote a song about it and you can tell if someone is without on a hot summer day. It’s deodorant people and not just any deodorant, as she wants to show you how to make your own. Click HERE if you’d like to make your own teen spirit or were just curious what it takes to do so.

Our Sixth Piece as curated by @Suesa: @Harrynewman wants you to know that people as a whole are in and have been at risk to a lot of problems which the resolution has been right under their noses all along. Without the magical healing powers of the sun humans are affected in a number of ways. One of those affects results in what’s known as SAD (seasonal affective disorder). Click HERE to find out if you’ve been going about it all wrong and how to make the changes needed toward a happier and healthier life.

Our Seventh Piece as curated by @Mk40: @Ted7 wants to take us on a journey under the sea that we aren’t accustomed to as there’s no Patrick here. Instead, there are amazing photographs of what’s none as the Black sea urchin. When grouped together and sometimes alone they somewhat resemble a Jackson Pollock painting. If you were to step on one or find yourself getting stuck you’d be in you’re a treat no one wants. However, from a far they are certainly worth just watching. Click HERE if you’d like to go deep sea diving without having to leave the comforts of your home.

Our Eight and Final Piece as curated by @Jacobchamplain: @Magiliw is what some would call the ideal animator. For those that aren’t aware animation is incredibly difficult and depending on the medium used can make for an even tougher time. The software he’s chosen to use Blender is open source and requires a working knowledge of physics before doing anything. Click HERE if you’d like to see part of his series toward passing on his knowledge to help up and coming animators whereas he wasn’t as fortunate.

Thanks for stopping by as this concludes today’s OCD Daily. We would like to congratulate the authors nominated as well as those featured.

Hopefully, you were able to take away something different, fresh, and new from the pieces as provided by the @ocd curators.

The OCD team would also like to thank those that strive to make a difference. As anyone can create a posting but only some can create/build value.
