OCD DAILY - Issue #78
Issue #78 highlights content from ten (10) fantastic Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team on its journey continues to search tirelessly throughout Steemit for undervalued gems as provided by relatively new users.
Today our curators, under our steadfast leader, @acidyo, have delivered ten incredible pieces of original content to share with you! These works as provided by newer Steemit users don’t have the audience which their quality content deserves. @OCD strives to provide that audience and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in tremendous effort to create flourishing content.
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @ocd team, votes tallied and the pieces with the most votes are placed into the compilation.
Today’s Top Nomination comes from @whatamidoing who explores and explains the balancing act that is life. He touches on his thought process moving forward on steemit, and it is a post I think all of us who have been on steemit for a few months can relate to. Curated by @jeanpi1908
Our second post for today comes from artist @adrianv curated by @mk40. This is a beautiful piece of abstract art with close ups, and incredible details. He leaves the interpretation up to the viewer which is truly what makes his piece great.
Our third gem is a very thorough instructional article on getting rid of cabbage worms by @halcyondaze with a dtube video to go along with it. This is part of a gardening series, and I have no doubt he will be an aid to the thriving gardening community here. It is apparent that he is a pro in his craft, and this gem was curated by @saywha
Our fourth piece for today comes from @rebele93. This post was curated by @m31 and it shows their beautiful photography of Hummingbirds and some fun information about them. How cute are those birds?
Our fifth piece is written by @lazaruslegion as a dual language post (english/deutsch) curated by @thethirdeye... on how modern technology takes away our social nature little by little. Explores the emotion from the feeling of butterflies in your stomach to feeling nothing through text.
Our sixth piece is a post by @ammonite who shares pictures of his sand sculpture curated by @jznsamuel. This piece was based on the comic book Asterix and was part of a competition! Find out what happened in the competition below!
Our seventh piece is a post written by @itsmeemario and curated by @guyfawkes4-20. He decided to find out why his favorite picture is his favorite picture, and starts exploring what really makes a photo interesting after failing an assignment.
Our eighth piece is a post written by @nikitinskiy curated by @howtostartablog. This post has some beautiful photography, amazing food and drinks. What more could you want? Check it out below!
Our ninth piece is an incredible post by @mother2chicks who shows some extreme resiliency after feeling the effects of hurricane Irma, and being "grateful with a capital G". This post was curated by @mrslauren. Read about what she observed and her introspective thoughts below!
Our tenth and final piece today is a post written by @ibata11 curated by @mobbs. The post explains their experience working in the "dolphin industry" how they become your family, but also the pitfalls, and ultimately why they decided to pursue the career no more. You can find the post below:
Thanks for stopping by as this concludes today’s OCD Daily. We would like to congratulate the authors nominated as well as those featured.
Hopefully, you were able to take away something different, fresh, and new from the pieces as provided by the @ocd curators.
The OCD team would also like to thank those that strive to make a difference. As anyone can create a posting but only some can create/build value.
Be sure to check for tomorrow’s edition of OCD Daily!
Keep up the good work creating original content.
You never know when @ocd may be around :)
As prepared by @saywha
Now you can get Resteemed by @ocd!
Use the 'ocd-resteem' tag on quality, original content for a chance to be selected.

Who-ho-hoa! Thank you so much for the curation and the feature, @saywha! You've been pretty instrumental in helping me understand the matrix of Steemit, I'm super grateful for what you do here. I'll be checking out the rest of these Steemiters tonight!
~ Kevin

I was a bit surprised when I looked up the latest issue of ocd since I had received a comment on my post that it has been nominated.
I had confirmed my post for nomination. I think it was left out by an oversight or maybe the gentleman who nominated and forwarded it to whoever is the real owner of ocd forgot about it. It happens. This is the post that has been nominated:
How To Get Followers WITHOUT F4F | Get Organic Followers Who Are Interested In YOUR Content
Anyway, I do think that curation posts are a great way to contribute to the community, provided it also gives back to the authors and not just the posts themselves.
I am also a creator of a popular curation edition called Max Curation Edition.
I am planning to expand and scale up the Max Curation Editions with some changes. So stay tunes folks, check out the editions and follow me.
Great post ocd!
