OCD DAILY - Issue #90
Issue #90 highlights content from ten (10) fantastic Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team on its journey continues to search tirelessly throughout Steemit for undervalued gems as provided by relatively new users.
Today our curators, under our steadfast leader, @acidyo, have delivered ten incredible pieces of original content to share with you! These works as provided by newer Steemit users don’t have the audience which their quality content deserves. @OCD strives to provide that audience and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in tremendous effort to create flourishing content.
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @ocd team, votes tallied and the pieces with the most votes are placed into the compilation.
We encourage you to visit these blogs and to show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.
All of the content as chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is seen as universally appreciated and valued making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.
Today’s top nomination as curated by @anomadsoul: @jayjayjeffery wakes up to a sunrise alarm clock at the break of dawn and heads out for a walk to discover a whole array of wild plants that are just beautiful, every one of them. Although jayjayjeffery does everyone a huge favour with the knowledge to name what is found and even state their medicinal qualities, some are still unknown! Perhaps you can help? Or, to discover the benefits of the outdoors for yourself, have a read!
Our second piece, discovered by @gmuxx, is a post by @lanceswallart who takes wall paintings to the next level! This mural is for the El Reno Police Department, depicting the station's badge in all its glory. The piece took 17 hours to complete, and you get the step by step process in the post. All I can think is how much my arms would be aching after that!
Our third piece as curated by @mobbs: @ecoinstant writes something thoughtful, funny and relatable; how to screw up. ecoinstant wanted to start a video series, and then continued to make every possible mistake in the process. After listing them down and analysing their consequences, he shows how you can fix things after being such a doofus. This post is very well-written and useful stuff! But that's not all he treats us to. To finish off, he presents the first episode of his series that took him through this messy journey in the first place! Go watch it below!
Our fourth piece as curated by @jznsamuel: @hethur240 pressents a bizarre worm addicted to nicotine by nature. Cool! They have this crazy red spike-tail and a gorgeous green/white pattern across their body. hethur240 gives us plenty of information about the creature and where you can find them, and, to my horror, provides them with a gruesome fate upon discovery. Any guesses what? Take a look!
Our fifth piece, curated by @jeanpi1908 is a post dedicated to vaping by @awchel. This very in-depth post starts off with the history of vaping, and how it was created, inspired by the death of the inventor's father from lung cancer. It then dives into how the process actually works, what the juice used in vaping is, and finishes off with personal experience of changing one's life via the vape. It's a really good read I highly recommend!
Our sixth piece, curated by @thethirdeye is a pencil drawing by @amalinavia. Two elephants joyously tangle each others' trunks together in a cute, cartoonish post in this piece. We are also treated to a super-speed video of the entire process and it's quite fascinating to me how it goes from a simple outline to a finished product in the blink of an eye. Go see what I mean!
Our seventh piece as curated by @howtostartablog: @revisesociology looks at the splendid luxury most of us enjoy: Choice. Except, it's not all it seem. Though our notion of 'happiness' entails this ability to have all the choices in the world when it comes to purchases, friends and even family, revisesociology argues that it really is to our detriment, providing three solid points to prove it. Happiness may not come from choice freedom, after all. Read more below!
Our eighth piece as curated by @guyfawkes4-20: @citizenzero was frustrated. It became apparent that what the internet says about freedom isn't what it really claims to be, and citizenzero found canada to be way less free than imagined compared to, say, Mexico. So a move was in order. Where? Turtle Island! Where on earth is that, you may ask, and why go there? Read below to find out and maybe you will want to join!
Our ninth piece as curated by @suesa: @chamudiliyanage looks at how to solve a problem scientifically - the best way to solve stuff. Going step by step from 'Observation' to 'Arriving at conclusions', this little scientist makes the process very clear and concise, and is overall a refreshing read on steemit. And the most amazing thing? chamudiliyanage is only 13 years old!
Our tenth and final piece as curated by @elteamgordo: 'tis the season to be going to Japan, and @cryptoindex does not waste the opportunity. We're introduced to a majestic waterfall in Hokkaido before jumping into an introduction and hopping into a hot spring. From there you get to experience some wild colours of flowers and even the water, before finishing off with some red pandas! Check it out and book your tickets if it inspired you to go!
Thanks for stopping by as this concludes today’s OCD Daily. We would like to congratulate the authors nominated as well as those featured.
Hopefully, you were able to take away something different, fresh, and new from the pieces as provided by the @ocd curators.
The OCD team would also like to thank those that strive to make a difference. As anyone can create a posting but only some can create/build value.
Be sure to check for tomorrow’s edition of OCD Daily!

OCD team do an awesome job looking for gems all over the blockchain to make this daily issue. Congratulations for that!
I was just wondering, what would happen if the curators of each OCD DAILY - Issue (that make it earn $100+ almost all the time) curated with the same enthusiasm the posts listed here?
Have a nice day!:D

You sayin' I'm not enthusiastic?

I'm guessing enthusiasm means value here. I unfortunately don't have the voting power for that.
OCD gets rewarded about 10% vote per nomination - the nominations get about 20-25% votes (20$). Since the beginning we have been rewarding authors around double the amount that curators finding their posts mage.
