Is this weather manipulation or is our planet is just going through a "Rainy season"? WTF?

What is going on up in our skies? I am tired of conspiracy theories but this one is really making me wonder what the hell is going on. Why all the rain? I believe in the cycles of the planet and maybe this is the rainy cycle... Flooding isn't new. I am watching my friends deal with massive destruction to their homes and entire communities. Could someone with scientific knowledge step in here to tell me what the hell is going on? Not Bill Nye though....he is a scammer. flood.jpg
