painting of a man

I thought of drawing some male faces, since i haven't drawn enough and i would like to draw more of men in the future.
But i do feel like they are kinda really hard to draw. Their face aren't exactly smooth so i have to use textured brush while keeping in mind that i can't blend all together.
So i am starting with black and white. i will move to color later when i feel more comfortable.
