A few years back I got struck with a terrible debt from circumstance. I needed a job. I talked to an old friend from junior high about 17 years later and got a job doing sewer and plumbing for about half a year. Really helped me out. He even let me stay at his place for free as I helped him work everyday. He worked hard and is in foreman position in his field. It was an outdoor job where I felt like a jacked up super mario! It was around the same time I first got into cryptocurrency and thinking about an alternate source of income.
We were able to have our male bond time and I got away from my family and situation for a bit. So it gave me that reflective distance to take a look at my current life situation, with an old friend. He remembered I was a goth/grunge like character and told me he thinks I should get back into that. I thought about his advice and very soon got to Industrial music. Seminal bands from the underground. First I checked out Skinny Puppy. I found their live in dresden germany album. When I listened to it right after I bought it a few years prior it seemed a little noisy and abrasive but this time I took quite a liking to it! I was tired of the downer trip my acquaintances and culture were under. like a demonic spell it fit perfect!
So anyway this story goes that I will myself be in a foreman position in my job tomorrow mourning! A guy who worked for us for many years is back is trying to help us on a working project lately. Back in the day he stole from us!! Now his dad died. He says he is grieving. But aha! they are smoking weed, and don't want to use a darby tool for the wonky walls. An angel came tonight! A stucco guy friend of ours just came to our house tonight! He has experience fixing wows on his stucco job. He is meeting us in the morning. I'll give those other guys the final finish coat and let them know not to smoke up there. Otherwise they gotta go! Whew, personal work life....
