I have to say the weather was not too beautiful. However, there was a break in the rain, so let's start out on my morning walk
Dont even think its all downhill! I wish! The hills may not look like much until you start walking up them! They are plenty steep enough!
As always, I like to start out by thanking @ace108 for starting and hosting the #beautifulsunday challenge and maintaining all the data as he does about it.
Fall is in Full Effect
The nights are getting proper nippy, but its great weather to go for a walk with your camera in hand!
Although most of the leaves are on the ground, there are still splashes of color to be seen here and there.
Before it Gets Too Cold
I brought in the last of the dock sections. Yet I can still get out in the kayak. Here I talk about the inevitable curse of low batteries and losing weight.
I do a bit of leg flashing too!!!

Thanks My friend this morning I would have said yes, but alas I dropped my ID somewhere, and had to go walking to try and find it, eventually someone found it so had to walk to their building to get it, but to late and it was already de-activated so to another building for the form for a new ID, a Third building to get the form signed and a fourth to get the new ID, now my leg is feeling shall I say tired, will sneak out early soon and rest it up this evening

Well I do a walk/run every morning. Its more walk than running by far though. I am just getting into it and run a bit then walk, run some more walk etc. I am slowly getting better :)

All the photos are beautiful, but the 'little splashes of color' is really nifty. If you ever figure out how to make the hills 'down' on the whole trip, you'll be more rich than ever thought possible. If nothing else, in non-shaky leg muscles.

The lake is really colorful at this time of year! I love how there are so many trees surrounding it. Oh, yeah. Michigan. It is all about the trees. And cold. And snow....

You say only 20 pounds, but, that was hard earned as you are doing it for keeps. So, you keep on going at it. You are looking good! And I know you said you are feeling good, I just cannot imagine another 20.I won't be able to keep up with you.

what beautiful colors, i am not so keen on rain either but rain in a wood smells so nice, when you inhale as deep as you can and you fill your self up with crisp oxygene that is nice. Lol and on that lake the rain will have made you row faster hahaha .

You still have some beautiful splashes of fall color. I love the view from the kayak and that sunset is divine!
I hear ya on that downhill stuff too. It does not take much of a decline for me to notice on my way back up.
