She came to the UK as a child from Cameroon. However her uncle lost her immigration papers. She's lesbian, so she doesn't want to return to Cameroon where it is illegal to be lesbian.

She trains with the British boxers, but since she doesn't have a British passport, she competes with the refugee team.
