Japan will decide the Olympic and Paralympic mascot pair on February 28th live on Facebook and Youtube ( should be on DLive right?) . Students from elementary schools all over Japan voted on their favorite mascot pair. Now isn't that cool! The kids actually get to be a part of this historic event.
