What would you friends think... if your fitness trainer was rubbing a coconut on his head, smashing it on the concrete, and "forgiving" himself for his clients weight-gain?
If you just perked up in your seat and thought, "what a nut-job"...
I'd advise you to consider the nature of logical reasoning as it pertains to the weight-loss industry.
Case in point: human beings consume food that is poison (alcohol) and consider it a social hobby. In addition, we all KNOW how to eat "healthy" -- yet, few and far between is the person who walks the walk.
So, what would you do if someone you knew was that person... that 'someone' who needs to lose that weight, but can't stick it out? In essence, something unconscious is causing them to self-sabotage?
Or, maybe you want to get ripped and diced like Sylvester Stallone in Rambo? Imagine being able to stuff yourself until you are bursting full of food... and watch the weight "release" itself automatically?
Sound like a pipe-dream? In fact, it doesn't have anything to do with taking the latest diet pill or starving yourself... although, I say this with a stipulation: you must enjoy 'good' stress.
The type of stress that you would use to build muscles, or challenge yourself to the latest push-up gimmick on YouTube. In other words, if you have an ounce of DRIVE in you...
