Paharpur is an archaeological site in the Badalgachhi Upazila of Naogaon District in Bangladesh. Paharpur was the 2nd largest Buddhist monastery. Paharpur was designed by Dharmapal Dev.He was the king of the Pal Empire.Its also called Shompur Bihar.
