Recently, this word had popped up in a lot of places: omotenashi. Much is being said about it, but what does that really mean? It's been said that Japan was chosen for 2020 Olympics because of it, but what would be so appealing to draw this much attention?
I reckon lots of places know how to properly host tourists and visitors, but Japan has a special kind of hospitality. Shall we see what's so damn exclusive about it?
