Note: the amount of votes you have or comments is in relation to a 5 day period. the figures you see are for use of all your Mana available. From 0 Mana it would take 5 days to recover to a full 100% value vote. When new letting your vote drop low on Mana is not advisable.

With each reduction in Mana you reduce the value of your contribution to another post. Ideally you want to try avoid dropping below the 90 - 95 % if you still have only the 15 delegated Steem sent to a new account. Getting out of this delegation stage can be a nightmare. Hopefully the things in this post will help to ease that burden a little. It should gain you some growth.

My own suggestion until you have more Steem power support. Is do not do any comments until your Steem doubles. That means you are out of the fifteen Steem delegation and have also grown by 15 Steem. Use your Mana on voting to other posts you are sure will gain a reward.

The reason why I say this is at the one comment a day you can do at a 15 Steem Power without draining your account is limiting your ability to gain growth to one thing per day.
The use of your vote. This can be used diversely and spread across different options.

Let me give a brief example of how the vote works to reward you.
The timing of the vote. The first vote placed gets a % of all the votes that follow.

If we have a post and no votes have gone to the pot yet.
A vote of 0.01 on the post will give each the Author and Curator a reward of 0.005.
Should a second vote come of the same value.
The Author will then gain 0.01. The first voter 0.0075. The second voter 0.0025.
A third vote to the post, again with the same value of 0.01. The Author would gain 0.015. The first voter 0.0113. The second voter 0.0058. The third vote would gain 0.0033.

The reward dividend continues in that manner determined by the value of the vote placed against the value of votes already existing.

If you are voting with 15 Steem power and your voting Mana has reached 50%. You are effectively voting at 7.5% of your vote maximum. This low value vote reduces the chances of a reward for the vote. You will need to keep that vote at the 100% vote and the Mana around 90 - 95%.

While this account grows from the ability to function it has gained. I welcome you to take advantage of voting to the posts made by this account.

As said above the timing of your vote can determine how much reward you gain. Voting 5 minutes after a post has been made will give 100% of the reward to your account based on any previous votes given and their value. Voting before the 5 minute mark will reduce the % of the reward which comes back to you.

You can visit Steem auto and have some votes preset. You can log in to Steem auto by using the Steem connect service. If you done the smart thing and joined the #Steem-aide discord server. Someone there might be able to help with the use of Steem connect. If not, you can send me a DM.

After you log in to Steem Auto. the menu on the left offers options. The first two highlighted here are both for following people. The Fanbase is where you choose to follow an individual. You can choose Steem-Aide** and **TheHive** here. In both option after selecting you will have to search a name. To give your account the Steem resource you need to do more. I suggest to follow The Hive account at 100% and set your vote to 4 minutes. This will ensure your vote is there before any bigger votes come to the account and assist the growth of your account.

Alternatively, You can click on the Curation trail and follow the account @adsacto. This account votes to various accounts and following its trail will also mean your vote will go to a post before bigger votes come later.

I do not recommend to only send votes to were you can gain rewards. Support those of your community and friends. They are also the people that will help you grow and add to the experience of being here on the chain.
