      Oooh! It looks delicious! Do you think it works with tofu? I made the terrible commitment of not eating meat XD I probably might have to put in the tofu a little later right? May not be a good idea to cook it as long as one would pork!

      I think it'll definitely work superb with tofu. Maybe a firm tofu so you can cook it longer and get the curry flavors infused more into the tofu :D
