Wow! How did you loose that much weight? Did you ran like 10 kilometers per day?
No, I didn't run at all during that period as I was too heavy and would of surly gotten seriously injured. I cycled anything up to 100km per day and I ate a wholefoods plant based diet, focusing on carbohydrates.
