Hi Craig. How do you connect your Garmin Forerunner device to Strava? Via cable or Garmin Connect app?

    Hi Pauline, I just use the Garmin Connect app. Occasionally there is a problem so I use the cable. Most of time As soon as I arrive home in range of my phone when running it will upload.
