Greeting everyone,
I hope you all had a restful weekend and are ready for the upcoming week. I try to have as much rest as I can on my weekends.
By the end of this month I'll take a week off work. I'm still not sure but I might be going to California, still on the fence, didn't buy my ticket yet. My cousins are spending Easter there and want me to come. I'll keep you guys posted.
So today I let myself sleep in as I didn't have too much to do. Then when I got up I cleaned my room and did laundry. I packed up a full bag of items to donate. Making sure I give out things I have not used in up to 2 years. That's my rule of thumb. If I haven't used an item in 2 years then I don't need it- unless it has some significance to me.
So I did take a picture of the sky and sum through some trees. Here is what it looked like

The sun was indeed very bright today. I had to change to black and white to get a better image.

I packed up a full bag of items to donate. Making sure I give out things I have not used in up to 2 years. That's my rule of thumb.

Oh yes, my weekend was splended. My sister came visiting and we went out for a wedding event together. I hope you also enjoyed yours.
Speaking of your intention to travel to California, why not!. Go enjoy your work off with family.

It's either I trash them or give them away . Since there's a thrift store near by I thought I might as well give them stuff that I can hand down.

Very interesting your phrase "If you did not use an article in 2 years, then I do not need it, unless you have something that means something to me". Beautiful photography, I love the black and white tones, they make the most mysterious images

Well, firstly, I hope you can still be peeping into steemit while on vacation. I like your rule of thumb. I have things that I have not used in 5 years, but they are not at my reach anymore.
