This was a seminar that I attended a few years ago, since I was changing schools I had to take my 6th kyu test again

As you can see the roof is zinc and something low and I can swear that I lost 5 kg nothing more sweating in 5 days and take not less than 40 liters of water
XD
Also as in the dojo other disciplines are practiced I could practice a bit of full contact, taekwondo, kung fu and karate
:)
