For cheese lovers Tried n tasted best yummy n cheesy Paratha for Breakfast or Tiffinbox.
Just two ingredients n Favorite Cheese with seasoning made this Paratha tasty. Covered with Wheat flour.
Ingredients
1 big chopped Onion
2 tab sp Chopped Green bell pepper/Capsicum
2 sp Mozrella cheese
100 GM's Processed cheese Amul
1 tsp Chilly flakes
1tsp Oragano
1/2 tsp chopped green Chilly
Salt to taste
For Dough
1bowl Wheat flour
3 sp oil
Pinch of salt
1/8 tsp Baking powder
Make Dough of Paratha n keep aside for 15 mins.
In mixing bowl add Onion n Capsicum. Grated both cheese, and seasoning mix with spatula.
Now make equal size of balls.
Roll thin chapati.
Spread stuff evenly on one rolled chapati. On corner spread water with fingertip. Cover with another rolled chapati. Press corners properly. Press with baby fork.
Heat tava drizzle drop of oil roast Paratha both side till brown.
Now cut Paratha served with any mayo dip or Sauce.
