Looking to expand

Hello everyone,
I would like to reach out to everyone who has an online store. I would like to start my own and I'm in need of advice. For an e-commerce store, I'd like to know which is the best website to go for. I know certain places charge x percentage which can cut into profit margins. Most importantly where do you get your products from? Also how do you advertise to get clients to click on your website.
