Ricardo Leon Sanchez de Reinaldo is known to be a popular American-Cuban radio host, Journalist, and author who currently contributes to RT America. Previously, he used to work as a correspondent for Mundo Fox (Spanish Language) and columnist for Fox News and Fox News Latino.
Rick worked a few years on Miami’s WSVN as the local lead anchor. Later, he started to work as a daytime host at MSNBC and CNN afterward, where he was a correspondent before but eventually became an anchor with his exceptional hard work. Sanchez used to carry his own show on CNN called Rick’s List, plus he used to tag along as a contributor to CNN international and Anderson Cooper 360; there, he frequently used to translate between Spanish and English.
In October 2011, CNN fired Sanchez because of the comment he made on a radio show. Later, he began working at Florida International University to act as a color commentator for radio telecasts of the school’s soccer team. Now, he has been hosting a show at RT America, known as News with Rick Sanchez. RT America is known as a US-based TV news channel that is a part of the RT Network. Rick was born in the town of Havana: Guanabacoa, Cuba; later, he moved to the USA when he was a toddler and started to live in Hialeah, Florida with his parents. He went to three different schools i.e., Mae M. Walter Elementary School, Henry H. Filer Middle School, and Hialeah High School, and finally got his graduate degree at in 1977. After accepting a football scholarship at Minnesota State University Moorhead, Sanchez was transported Minneapolis’s University of Minnesota on a WCCO/CBS Journalism scholarship in 1979.
Rick Sanchez has a lovely wife and four children, including three sons and one daughter. Remmington, Robby, and Ricky Jr. are his sons while Savannah is his daughter.
