Russia remains on spot after they were accused by Britain for poisoning an agent in the UK. The chemical weapon issue has propagated several diplomatic challenges both for Russia and the UK. Although Russia maintains that the Chemical Weapon Issue was a created idea to tame Russia, evidence indicates that Russians are in possession of chemicals that were used to attack the deceased man. In Syria, the Russian government is further blamed for using chemical weapons to attack innocent Syrian citizens. In what seemed as a choriographed and stage-managed interview, the interviewees confirmed that indeed there were strange chemicals that were unleashed that day. OPCW maintains that the investigation must be conclusive to allow the two countries to bridge their diplomatic ties. Nevertheless, the Russian government argue that the UK, OPCW and France have colluded to blame Russia for using chemicals that they did not use at all. According to reports, it is evident that the chemicals that were used by Russia were lethal and claimed the lives of significant number of Syrian citizens.
The commotion between UK and Russia comes after Russia and the US engaged in a diplomatic duel. The two countries decided to evacuate their diplomats from the two countries. After Trump decided to chase the Russian diplomats from the US after the alleged poisoning of a diplomat by Russia, the Russian government retaliated by sending the US diplomats in Russia away. The Russian diplomatic ties with the West continues to sore as Putin is blamed for countless number of atrocities. Unfortunately, Russia is attacking UK's allies involved in the investigation of chemical weapons that Russia allegedly used on Syrians. Idyllically, Russia is asking why France was involved in the investigation while France was not mentioned in the attack. The inclusion of France in the investigation is seen as a way of engaging the G7 and the European countries with the intention of destroying Russia.
However, Putin is yet to establish how powerful he is after the OPCW report on the chemical weapons that Russia possesses.
