No Need To Open Your Third Eye Pineal Gland… Its Already Open
With the influx of spiritual articles on the internet we see people showing you chants and mantras on how to “open” your third eye however this is not the case. Everyone is born with their third eye or Pineal Gland already opened. This is the reason why children and infants are sensitive to seeing spirits and the ghost of deceased relatives. When you are born you are as close to the spirit realm as you will ever be but due to society conditioning and intake of chemicals through processed foods our third eye begins to become calcified. The third eye is how we are able to see into the spirit realm and peer beyond the veil of reality as we know it. Third eye isn’t closed or “has never been opened” but we simply forgot how to use it. There are practices that help us to stimulate our third eye and in a sense remember how to see again. The practices below will help guide you into the trance state which makes us more sensitive to other dimensions by stimulating our extra sensory perception. These techniques and daily practices can be done to help strengthen our third eye for better vision and clarity. The third eye acts as a muscle, it must be trained and conditioned. Many ancient orders would notice their children who were more prone to sensing spiritual dimensions and they would cater to it. They would literally have education in place to teach them to better use these natural abilities. We must also educate ourselves with similar practices that were commonly known by our ancestors.
Here are just a few techniques that will help you stimulate your third eye and become more in tune with the trance state.

  1. CHANTING

Chanting the OHM (AUM) mantra and other lower sounding tones is very powerful in physically vibrating the pineal gland to stimulate its function. This tone will cleanse your aura and actually produces feelings of oneness with the universe. This technique also gives us access to the power of spoken word and repetition via chanting positive affirmations or sacred mantras over ourselves. Positive affirmations have been known to rid people of addictions and create healthier ways of thinking. Chanting in a relaxed setting can move you into higher consciousness and into the trance state. The trace state is the NOW moment. This is the place where dreams are birthed and we manifest our reality. This practice leads us to our next topic which is

  1. MEDITATION

    During meditation we are able to connect with higher vibrational states of consciousness, otherworldly beings and commune with our higher self. The very outer realm of meditation is very helpful for people who are not even into advanced spirituality, trance states or metaphysics. Meditation is very helpful for any person of any race or creed to release stress and tension by focusing on your breathing and clearing your mind.
  2. MUSIC

    Music is also a great way to stimulate your third eye. Bin-aural beats are a very good way to enter into trance state as well. Listening to bin-aural beats will cause the brain resonate in tune with that beat and in tune produce trance. Hearing drums in any song can put you into a higher vibratory state. So tribal drums and anything on rhythm can initiate these states of consciousness. I for one enjoy listening to different tones. There are particular tones that do different things for you. Some take you even quicker into the trance state when you raise your vibrational frequency to the same pitch as the tones by concentrating on them. Tibetan singing bowls also produce a loud musical vibratory note. These notes resonate to the very core of your consciousness and can help you awaken and arise to that trance state or state of higher consciousness. I find the singing bowls very helpful for clearing the air and your body of negative frequencies which might act as a barrier to connecting to the world through your third eye.
  3. BURNING INCENSE

    Burning incense is a great way to put you into more of a relaxed state. There are certain aromas that stimulate parts of the brain for relaxation, sleep, memory and other cognitive functions. I particularly like to burn Copal Resin which was used by the ancient Mayans before entering trance-state and Performing ritual. Burning sage and Palo Santo wood are used for clearing an area of negative energies and are very sacred practices. Your brain essentially associates the smell of these aromas with cleansing, and allows a faster way into the spirit realm.
    I hope these practices work well for you in stimulating your third eye (pineal gland) and becoming more acquainted with operating within the spiritual dimensions. These techniques will cause your intuition to sharpen and also increase synchronicities in your life.
