Steemit Open Mic - Week 102 - Rylynn

in openmic •  6 years ago

I spent a few weeks to learn this piece, I listened to this piece many years ago, for that moment it was one of the most beautiful pieces I had heard, however I couldn't play it until a few years later, I imported a special capotraste because in my country they don't have it, I remembered the piece and decided to learn it again, I hope you like it.

@adreini Excellent piece that you have played with your guitar united as a single complement. How beautiful. Great dexterity for this instrument that you have in your hands. It is magical to listen to you play this piece with your guitar. Impreionante talent that you have. Successes. You are fantastic. A big greeting and good luck in this contest. I wish you to win with your excellent and wonderful piece that you chose and is pure love.

Thank for you comment, it makes me strive much more with music.

Oh my goodness, your playing is exquisite! How long did it take you to learn this beautiful piece? I'm about to start learning guitar, and you're not my musical inspiration!

Happy Monday, E x

Thank you my friend, it took me about one month.

Oh yes, this is it. I imagine im sitting in a lovely little tapas restaurant, and hearing this enviable guitar riffs from you. Perfect for a great evening.

Fantastic job dear!

Me gusta :-) Greetings from germany to you!

PS: ever thought about to upload on DTube? Its the "youtube" in the steemit economy system...

Thank you @avizor I am happy with your comment, I thought about uploading my videos on Dtube but my internet doesn't allow it because it's so slow I've tried it several times, I've thought to go to a friend's house to see if I can upload the videos.

Dios bendiga tus manos por el talento que tienes una agilidad en las manos impresionante valió la pena las semanas que estuviste practicando por que lo tocaste la guitarra como si estuviese con ella desde niña @adreini

God bless your hands for the talent you have an agility in the hands impressive was worth the weeks you were practicing because you played the guitar as if he were with her as a child @adreini

Muy bueno me encanto

Gracias @mendrano c:

howdy from Texas adreini! wow now this was some great playing! I loved the song and I can see why you wanted to learn it so bad..hey you said you imported a special capotraste? what is that?

Also, do you have other songs that you'll be playing on your posts?

Hi @janton, thank you for you comment, the capotraste is special because it doesn't grip the whole mast, it only grabs 4 or 3 strings, I don't remember well but I think it's a banjo or ukulele capotraste, it's made by Planet Waves. I have several covers made in my post of Fingerstyle pieces and even of my playing pieces of Venezuelan pianist repertoire.

well howdy again adreini! that is very interesting, but the "Venezuelan pianist repertoire?" so you are a classical trained muscian? you're probably the best muscian on steemit, most on them are amateurs! great job, I appreciate your work!

Ya aint got no guitar players like that in texas..... In texas you call that thingy a capo fur short.

what the?? you trying to make up for lost time there coinsandchains? hey this is my last hurrah for this competition, I just don't have the time, I'm not keeping up with the people I'm trying to follow, I hate to give it up because I need the build for my wallet but maybe longterm it's better this way.
I mean maybe I'll do 5 or 10 a week to try to get a couple steem but not much more than that.

No, I doubt I will ever catch up to the comment machine. I have actually met a few new people doing the curie trail and have continued conversations with them. LOL, one actually took my comment and turned it into a post.
You actually do a lot of good around here with your prolific commenting. Making people feel welcome is something that southerners usually do well. I've been thinking basically the same thing, this stuff takes an enormous effort, that I really don't have the time for. (Plus I tend to be too competitive)
I started thinking about it, I'm doing this for around $10 to $15 a week, I must have lost my mind..... I do enjoy it, but still that's nuts to me.

it's totally insane man! have you lost your marbles? lol.
Mrs. J and I were talking about that just today.. how much smarter it would be to get a part time job and buy steem each week with what you make, then when the price goes up you'll have a huge amount of dollars worth in the account.

probably a good retirement in there that you could keep building.
and I think steem with make it don't you?

I've been thinking about ramping my Ebay back up. I've bought a few overstock pallets and done decent on those with ebay, but it's still a lot of work with a slow payback. I can spend 500 and get 5-6 thousand in merchandise but ebay ends up with about 1000-1500 of that for shipping and seller fees.
I do think steem is going to go up a good bit, the SMT's will probably help. I'm waiting on one of the apps to really take off, but none of them are really ready for "prime-time." I think one of their biggest issues is they are all just trying to be a front-end for steem and the blockchain structure is limited in the amount and type data it can store.(SMT's might help that.)
I seriously think an app will take off, if it will use steem for the base and add either another blockchain or database to store user stats and habits so you can build feeds based on algorithms and have a true direct messaging capability, and a few more features that steem just can't do. It really needs a community feature as well, as it is everyone has to use discord to really build a community. If you look at the "mainstream" social media apps, they all have features built in to create communities and direct messaging.

lol, I tried something new out last week. I turned this thing in on Wednesday, and they are just now publishing it. https://steemit.com/curation/@thedailysneak/the-daily-sneak-15-september-2018-with-guest-curator-coinsandchains

Muchas gracias amg.soundesign ^_^

You played so well and effortlessly you definitely have mastered your guitar skills! Its so relaxing hearing those sound..

I love your smile!

Thank you c:

Wow, just Wow, that was beautifully well done. You have a load of talent and amazing control with your finger rolls. Then the tapping harmonics about 3 minutes in added that little bit of extra flair. Very well done, and half the curation communities on steemit seem to like it too...

Your guitar playing is so confidently smooth and soothing @adreini. I love it! I love the plucking and the strumming and the fingering. Amazing. I have never heard the song before to tell you the truth. But I like it. I like how you played at 2:25 to 2:34 and again at 3:10 till 3:23, that move is really funky. Does the original song sound like this or did you put your own rendition to it? Your fingers glides so fast and the sounds of your notes are so clean and crisp. Really nice!
