Part II - Act II. Later that night, Edward is dwelling on his unhappy lot in the hall off the tower of Wolferag, while a storm rages outside. Henry enters: the two have an angry discussion and chalenge each other to a duel at dawn, by the ravenswood family. In the hal of ashton castle, while sounds of the marriage celebrations can still be heard in the background, Raymond enters with some bloodcurdling news: Lucia has stabbed Arthur to death. Lucia follows immediately, dressed in a bloodstained white night-gown, her hair dishevelled and with the frenzied look of the happy times they had when still in love, then she falls to the ground dead. All those present are much moved with pity for her and Henry in the tombs in the Ravenswood graveyard, determined to get himself killed by Henry in the imminent duel. Sounds of mourning are heard, Edward makes to enter the castle, but Raymond stops him and tells him that Lucia has died. Racked with grief, Edward kills himself with a dagger, his last thoughts going to lucia.

Parte II - Acto II. Más tarde esa noche, Edward está pensando en su infeliz lote en el pasillo de la torre de Wolferag, mientras una tormenta se desata afuera. Henry entra: los dos tienen una discusión airada y se enfrentan el uno al otro en un duelo al amanecer, por la familia Ravenswood. En la mitad del castillo de Ashton, mientras los sonidos de las celebraciones matrimoniales todavía se pueden escuchar en el fondo, Raymond entra con algunas noticias espeluznantes: Lucía apuñaló a Arthur hasta la muerte. Lucía lo sigue de inmediato, vestida con un camisón blanco manchado de sangre, con el pelo despeinado y con la mirada frenética de los momentos felices que tenían cuando aún están enamorados, luego cae al suelo muerta. Todos los presentes están muy conmovidos por ella y por Henry en las tumbas del cementerio de Ravenswood, decididos a hacerse matar por Henry en el inminente duelo. Suenan sonidos de luto, Edward hace entrar al castillo, pero Raymond lo detiene y le dice que Lucía ha muerto. Atormentado por la pena, Edward se mata con una daga y sus últimos pensamientos se dirigen a Lucía.
