Steemit Open Mic Songwriters Challenge Week 5 - Nunca Más (Never Again)

Una semana más de Songwriters Challenge.

Esta semana casi no tuve tiempo para estar en linea viendo lo que ha hecho todo el mundo acá en Steemit esta semana. Las festividades representan mucho mas trabajo para mi en la rama que me desempeño que es la hospitalidad y turismo.

Hoy por fin pude sentarme a escribir la canción de la semana. Se llama ¨Nunca Más¨ y se la quiero dedicar a mi abuelito Manuel.ç, quien falleció hace 3 meses, el 15 de Septiembre.
Te extraño mucho y te amo. Espero que en donde sea que estés puedas escucharme.

One more week of Songwriters Challenge!

This week i barely had time to go online and check out what everyone is doing here on Steemit. The holidays represent more work for me, since i work with tourism and hospitality. This is the busiest time for us.

Today, since it was my day off i finally got around writing the song for this weeks theme. The title is ¨Never Again´. I would like to dedicate it to my grandpa, who past away 3 months ago on September the 15th. I miss you SO much and i love you. I hope that wherever you are you can hear me tonight.

The sound of the wind swept shore tells me that nothing here is the same
and the waves that come and go remind me that you are gone.
And i don´t know how it happened and i don´t know why.
I was happy for an instant and then everything faded away.
And i look around and i find you in every corner
