Open Mic Wk # 138 Unofficial Judge's Entry: "We're All That We Have" (Original Song)

hello @ verlbal-d I hope you are well, just now I saw the section of answers on my blog. really this song is full of reflective content, everything you thought and reflected in your song is simply amazing. You are right to say that sometimes we realize the love when we are losing (this is very painful). This letter makes me think of the inner struggle when my emotions are against, really the words can not be erased and we are able to destroy any person. It makes me remember what he said once:

Mahatma Gandhi,
"Take care of your thoughts, because they become your words. Watch your words, because they will become your acts. Take care of your actions, because they will become your habits. Take care of your habits, because they become your destiny ".

I believe that the essence is in what we think, then from there the sense of things, that is: how we see the world.
I love the detailed form of the lyrics, it is very realistic without losing the ideal of a world that is more full of conscious people (but it must be an individual decision). You still see the beauty of people despite everything that is weak and selfish. we can get to do. This rhythm is very good for this message.

I think you got a lot out of rap. I admire the people who sing this musical genre because they are able to say so much in such a short time,Personally I can not sing this guy, I look like a baby (babbling) I can only say the last frace LOL

I hope you keep sharing this deep messages ... After a month of intensive work I think I'll be at the open mic this week!
Regards! I appreciate you! :)

Wow you put a lot of thought into this comment/message to me. I really appreciate you taking the time to listen to my new song. It was so much fun to create and yes I do like to use very deep, and meaningful messages in my song lyrics. I want my listeners to see and feel what I am trying to share and to make them think about how cold this world can be, and how we can improve and do better with how we love each other, because we never know who will die, or when they will die, and that even applies to us.
We are not promised tomorrow, nor even the next hour or minute.
Anything can happen.

But I tell you this @vanne

Even though we are not promised tomorrow, we are promised Everlasting LIfe through our faith in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour and that is the beauty of this all, because even the faith we both have is a gift from God himself through the grace of his mercy and through Jesus Christ's loving sacrifice for us all.

I really enjoyed that quote you shared from Mahatma Gandhi. Those are some wise words indeed.

Yes I do love rap and singing equally, you don't have to rap like me, you have a wonderful singing voice
And we all look forward to your return this upcoming week.

Definitely regards too. Appreciate you as well @vanne
Thanks again

you're welcome :)
