He has played in 3 different Finals since arriving at Anfield and he has lost all three.
he played against Manchester City in the Capital One Cup final and lost on penalties.
He also played against Sevilla in the in the Europa League and lost 3-1 to the Spanish side.
A lot of nice things have been said about the German's free-scoring Liverpool side. He's been widely praised for his man management, infectious enthusiasm and 'gegenpressing' tactical approach.
But after spending over 220million pounds on players he his yet to have a silverware to show for it. Having said this, can the Normal One be considered a success?
Well i would say Yes. Well i think having played in two European Cup finals should be considered a success most especially the most recent final they played which was against Real Madrid which they lost 3-1 thanks to a Loris Karius double blunder. And i think most times the players actually let him down.
What are your thoughts?
Should "The Normal One be considered a success or a failure?"

He reminds me Michael Ballack - always the second best.
