Hair experiment: the problem in nepalese society!

For the people who are living in other parts of the world leaving the very small which is about 0.03% portion in world i.e Nepal, they may not have experienced the hair based judgement. For those who didnt get this, i mean to say that nepal is a country which judges people on the outer looks more than inside. There have been many examples which proves it strongly.
Like few days ago, i experimented on my hair where i kept a bit long in the middle portion whereas made 0 extending to 1 on the side portion but i have been commented a lot of negative things from the society. Here, the education number depends on the hair. Students are judged on the basis of the,"smaller the hair, the more talent he is". I have never understood on why people are much judgemental on the hair thing.
Lets think of a thing once, all the boys arenot going to have the same good hair after 4/5 years. At that time, he willingly cant have his hair to experiment with lots of styles. I can guess, at that very moment he will be repenting for those good long years with his hair good and smooth for not getting hairs to be kept. This is the moment ehich we receive to be done whatever we want with our hair. So, I would like to beg nepali eductaional system, collleges, institutes for letting me including all those boys who unwillingly have to make their hair very very short and feels as he looks dumb. To make you clear that, hair brings a lot of changes with the looks. I personally believes that the worlds sexiest man doesnt look that sexy without hair. And, viewers do comment what you think!
