We need to have a serious overhaul of drug laws, and intellectual property laws. Too many people are profiting from government sanctioned monopolies that do nothing but prop up connected rich folk, while making the poor suffer with higher costs to healthcare. People think the solution is health insurance, and further welfare but all that does is ensure the money gets sent to people we don't necessarily know or trust. I would rather donate and give to a charity or cause of my choosing instead of letting the government decide for me.
