Does this happen to you in your opportunity?

I have been in many opportunities and one thing I found in common with most is the low attrition rate.

Basically it's where to be honest folks don't stay long enough in any program after some time.

In order to maintain your downline you have to constantly replenish those who move on. If not your downline will wither and die.

A low percentage of folks will stay in any particular program for a long duration. Most just scramble and move on.

In this update I am not going to talk about the reasons why most folks move on to something else but let it be known if you are working an opportunity right now most to almost all of your folks who join you today will not be around in your opportunity 1 year from now. You may get lucky and have a few who might become your superstar or go getter leader, but overall most of your active downline will not be in that same program you are in one year from now.

But there is a solution. I am in a program where the attrition rate is very low. Meaning many of the folks who were in this a year ago are still in this, including me. Many of my folks I have brought in months later they are still in this. I haven't seen this in any other program I been a part of for the most part.

We must be doing something right to have so many folks call our program home not only on day one but months even a year and half later on.
