Its color is synonymous of health, vitality and good looks.

Oranges belong to the citrus category, which is a general term used to refer to fruits with an acidic flavor

The most important elements that oranges contain:

1- Orange contains more than 85% of water

2- Oranges contain very large amounts of vitamin C, and they also contain B group vitamins and provitamin A to a
lesser amount.
It provides an optimal intake of vitamin C. One fruit can practically cover the recommended daily intake.
So do not deprive yourself of it as it is a good ally in fighting fatigue, and a sufficient and adequate source of
vitamin C.
In order not to lose vitamins, they must be eaten quickly by simply peeling them. Vitamins, especially vitamin C, are
destroyed in high heat and when exposed to air for a long time.

3- Antioxidant components, which have been shown to have protective health effects : flavonoids and carotenoids.
Carotenoids: These are valuable bone components.
Acidic flavonoids regulate adipocyte activity and thus combat obesity

4- Not to mention that low-energy orange barely exceeds 45 calories per 100 grams.
This makes it an ally to diet and breakfast meals with vitamins.

5- Fibers are abundant there: pectin, hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin (traces).
It aids digestion and is particularly effective in combating flatulence

6- It also provides minerals and salts: calcium, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, iron, copper and perhaps other elements, but in a small proportion.

Finally, I say that its various components help and stimulate the immune system, so eating oranges helps fight winter diseases.
