Clutter? Things that you cannot find space for? Are you getting suffocated, feel like you can't breath, are you at the point of hating your space, house? Yep, I feel you... That was my case . I finally decided to start researching, learning how to make use of the little space I have and organize , so that i feel comfortable and I get to love my own house. And after hours of reading and researching, I finally found some tricks and tips that worked for me, and I am sure you can make them work for you too. Let's start !
First, in order have a good start, you must improve your quality of life, prioritize what's really important for you , what do you really value, after that you can start schedule your time and activities. Review your priorities every single day.
I am a mom, so my personal number one priority is spending quality time with my 2 kids. I know life is hectic, we have jobs ,chores, but we need to stop and focus completely on the number one priority, if they are your kids, make sure you meet their needs every day, 10 minutes or 5 hours, doesn't matter anymore.
Here's the list that guides me daily:
1.Decide what you really want! Is something hurting you,your family , friends? Cam that get better?
Keep your focus. Narrow your goals and choose your activities to meet your goals.
KISS - Keep It Super Simple! Avoid all unnecessary complexity!
Eliminate the small things in your plans. Just try to solve the ones that will make a significant difference.
Challenge old thinking! Be open to flexibility and change.
Look further ahead. Imagine how thinks will look exactly as you want them to!
Welcome "outside help'' ! Reach for assistance from family or specialists.
Once you list down the big things , then work on them in detail. Promise yourself to succeed in the activities that you think are most important.
