I start by planning out the day ,by trying to stay active and make healthy choices.I keep a track of my coffee intake so I can cut back,as coffee isn't healthy,my water intake to try and work up to 8 a day.I break my day down from morning wake up to bedtime with snacks and meals and morning and bedtime routines.Daily focus is where I write in what needs to be done today only, personal is things for myself and workouts,work is where I write done things for funification and school.
