Water is very good for health

We meet again and continue to hunt Steem and continue to hope that Batik Day will continue to be with us. It's easy and keeps on trying the best throughout the second and along the breath out.
On this occasion I raised a number of photos and I embraced and told a little about the importance of multiplying our water.
Our bodies always provide sterile ones and we must keep our bodies healthy and able to carry out perfect activities.
Did you know that 50% more of our body consists of water? In the absence of water, we cannot maintain normal body temperature, lubricate joints, or dispose of unused substances in the body through sweat, urine, and large water.
In fact, medically, our bodies need water or fluids that are useful for processing digestion, absorption of substances or food ingredients for energy, blood circulation or digestion and others, transporting nutrients, producing fluids or saliva, and maintaining body temperature.
We need to consume lots of water so that the body is not dehydrated or lacking in water, which can cause the body to become weak, muscles weak and cramped, out of focus, increasing the risk of fatigue due to heat.
