This is not a contest, I just invite all steemians to show me their city as they see it, using the original tag #localguide.
There are many places in every city and town which are not included in the tourist guide, which may not contain any historical or architectural value, but nevertheless they can be interesting in its own way.
Maybe you have noticed that not all tourists interested in churches and museums, someone may seem more attractive narrow alleys, ruins, street art or modern beautiful buildings, alleys and other places where you can make unusual photos and hear unique stories.
And who does not like the locals can tell about such places better than anyone?
A few years ago I was faced with this situation. My husband and I visited several towns, which are not "a tourist Mecca", but thanks to local residents we were able to feel the spirit of each town and its unique beauty. And I want to tell you what an interesting and unusual places you could find in every city and town.
If you love your city, it means that you see something special in it and you can share it with its visitors. Share your photos, tell your stories, just use the tag #localguide in your post and show your city the way you see it.
