Kaiseki Restaurant near Osaka Castle

There is one of my favorite restaurants in Tenmabashi, near Osaka castle, in Osaka city.

There are many little mom and dad type of small drinking bars, french, Italian and Japanese
restaurants in this area. After a nice walk around the Osaka castle, you can have a nice dinner
at this restaurant Ra Ku Taian.

Yesterday, starting the dinner with Sparking Nihonshu(Sake).
First menu for Kaseki course was appetizer. Simply WOW.
It's a little Japanese autumn garden on the plate with really plants and stones.

Next is fresh Sashimi.
(By the way, right way to use Wasabi is not put in the soy sauce plate and stir it, but put a little bit of wasabi on the fish directly
and dip in the soy sauce, so that you can taste both wasabi and soy sauce much better.)

Followed with fish rolling Matsutake mushroom inside.

And of course, Wagyu shabushabu!!

I simply loved the way they decorate the plates. Very delicate and fine detailed.
You can enjoy the food with your eye and mouth.

If you come near Osaka castle, I do recommend to go visit this place for a special dinner!!!
