If you are a fan of something to eat drown in vinegar with garlic and pepper. I would recommend this for you, best fit to any mood and cravings.

Sprouted mongo/toge, egg, grated unripe papaya or sayote and to make extra special—my favorite, Ilocos Skinless longganisa encased in an orange shell like a dough of a kwek kwek. This is best for merienda, our half moon shaped Ilocano delicacy called Ilocos Empanada.

You will be amazed how delicious and stuffed each bite. You will enjoy it’s crunchy crust. Best served and eat when is hot!
