Being a food lover, I am quite excited about this contest. Lots of cuisine have been on my mind, will it be suman sa lihiya? biko? kalamay? Too confused I ask myself, when I go back home what food will I want to eat first, that will make me feel that I am home ? Boom! I got the answer quickly, I want to indulge my cravings from everybody's all time favorite LOMING BATANGAS.
This is a type of noodle soup dish that is made of pancit miki (thick egg noodles) sauteed in garlic and onion, thickened by cassava flour topped with boiled egg, kikiam, pork liver, chicharon and fried chicken or pork meat.
It is best to eat with dipping sauce (soy sauce, onion, calamansi and chilli).
Best to eat while it is hot.
I can say that this food is all time's favorite because this loming batangas is loved by all ages not only by Batangueños but also those visitor who have trie
