O God, I pray and make this offering
Of incense and cakes and lovely wine
And most of all my adoration
For at your feet where I lay these down
I am your mortal worshiper and devotee
O God, I see you as you move through
The wind and rain and rumbling thunder
That humbles the heart and strengthens the soul
And made to ponder the natural world
Of which you are so strong a part
O Dio, lord and master of the winds
The mountain heights are your home
O Zeus, lord of shining Olympus
Father of Gods and Heroes
O Basileus, sacred king of heaven
Where the stars themselves make their homes
O God, I see your power and wisdom
Which shines down upon us from above
Through the healing light of Apollo filtered
And the strong sword of Athena defended
I seek you in all I do and find you in my very heart
O God, supreme lord above all others
Looking down upon the universe with a father’s eye
Demanding justice in all things from us all
Guarding the rights of the guest
Who shines bright with glorious Hera by his side
