How to talk to the Trees

Go outside
Breathe
Feel
-the warmth
-the earth
-spirits of the trees
Feel the wind.
Watch a tree,
Hold it's gaze
Notice all things moving,
Leaves dancing.
Unfocus your eyes,
Go into trance,
See-
Blue swirls hang on the edges of leaves,
A color as deep as rainbow light...
Ask
Out loud or telepathically, the trees will hear,
Ask
And listen to thoughts arise in your mind,
Notice that as soon as you ask a question, an answer comes.
It pops into being as a thought in your mind voice,
But with a quality of otherness,
Trees speak slowly , and just what is necessary.
