"The Sounds of Pain"

Last minute idea, took me several attempts, but I got a pretty good
recording of my hip doing the 'snap crackle pop' cereal sounds.
They are in the last few seconds of this 55 second clip.
I had to place the mic inside my pants right over my right hip to get
the most effective sound recorded.
If not enjoy, at least be informed by this ...
now you may understand why my music
performances have been cut in half this past 12 months
