in pain •  7 years ago

I have talked about many of victims who have suffered from gun violence in Chicago and this evening I have become one them. His evening when I came home from attending a jazz in the park event I was greeted with the sad news of my cousin was gun down in a home evasion, my heart is broken and now I must go through what countless other have been through. My heart is at a stand still and as I type these words tears will not stop falling from my eyes. I know there is god and I cant question him on why this has happen to me but I do know my love for my cousin and count less other will continue to move on who suffer through this as I have . I just want to say that I love you Christopher and you will always be in my thoughtsimages (5).jpg

So sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers going out to you and yours. People don't value a life like they used to. Sickening.

Thank you but this has gotten so out of control. Now I have become a member of so many grieving families throughout Chicago and this has has hurt to a point where I don't know what to do or say. He was such good young man who always worked hard to get ahead in life and now his life was taken away by someone who could care less about another person life .my mind will always be on this person who who took him away from us. I hope this person will have nightmare for the rest of his life , for what he has done to my family.

Thank the liberals for the pain you feel. New York was bad in the late 80's and 90's. New Yorkers elected a Republican, Rudy Guiliani, and he cleaned the city up--shootings dropped 88% in 2 years. If Chicago wants to survive, you need to vote the liberals out--and do it fast. DEATH ISN'T COOL. I fought in vietnam, and rarely saw 100 shootings over a weekend. And Vietnam was a WARZONE!!! I feel sorry for the innocents in Chi-town, but you voted the wrong people in. I'm white, and can stroll through Harlem at 2 AM with no problem. Why can't that happen to Chicago?
