1500 Doctors are Absent in Sindh's Hospitals from Last 7 Years

Karachi: Secretary Health Sindh Fazlullah Pechiho has revealed that 1500 doctors are absent from their duties since 2011.

According to Express News, the Supreme Court Karachi Registry case was heard on the worst situation in the provincial hospitals. Secretary Health Sindh Fazlullah Pichhooo submitted a 258-page report to 34 hospitals in the province.

Secretary Health Sindh has revealed that the department faces severe decline in doctors, staff nurse, nurses and medical practice since 1500 doctors have been absconded since 2011, including 1212 medical officers, 139 Women Medical Officer and 148 Senior Medical Officers, and recently 5 thousand 402 doctors have been recruited in different hospitals.

The report has been informed that the missing Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah has been sent to absent doctors and to remove the staff, and the people in the newspapers will be dismissed. Provincial Secretary Health told the court that after the absenteeing of the doctors, the biometric system has been implemented to ensure staff attendance, while the implementation of transparent appointments is also ongoing to meet the lack of medical staff and surgical instruments. Tenders have been issued for other machinery.

It is clear that on January 8, Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar took medical notice of the medical supervisant of all government hospitals while taking notice of the hospitals of Karachi hospitals, and all the hospitals had medical equipment, medicines, machinery and The availability of a doctor's report was also sought.
