Kekurangan listrik di Gaza tidak bisa di operasikan sepenuhnya, akibat kekurangan air, warga Gaza terpaksa membeli air dengan harga yang mahal.

Bencana besar disektor air juga memperparah anggaran kemanusiaan dari lembaga PBB, UNRWA yang seharusnya diperuntukkan keberlangsungan jutaan pengungsi yang ada di Gaza.
