The elemental structure of the hand is that of a water hand with a bit of elemental earth.
The palm is long, and curved on the side, showing intuition and empathy in harmony with the element of water.
There is also a bit of elemental earth in the hand, shown mostly in the thickness of the fingers and the thumb. This can help bring a water hand back to earth to be grounded when outside energies would otherwise be overwhelming to someone with so much empathy.

The dominant finger here is the Saturn finger.(middle finger) A dominant Saturn finger means that the moral code, or sense of right and wrong, takes precedence. You won't be able to have a job or relationship that doesn't fit exactly with your moral code. You have to be sure that what you are doing is something that you truly belive in, and if you are, you can go far.

Head line

Here, the head line is long and straight. The length of the head line shows an active intellect, and the angle shows a healthy dose of logic. This can be troublesome in a person who is so intuitive. It would naturally lead toward that war between the mind and the heart.
Water seems to dominate the hand, so intuition would probably win that battle, but the head line would make sure that any action would be thought out.

Heart Line

Here, again we have the balance between the heart and the head.
The gentle curve upward is showing emotional sensetivity, but the line doesn't go all the way up to the top of the hand. This keeps the emotional sensetivity from becoming crippling.
It is pretty much the most ideal blend of water and air in the heart line.

Life Line

Here is where one of the main challenges becomes apparent.
The life line is long and strong, and there are several support lines that run inside of it. The support lines show support from family and friends, and it shows someone always has a safety net when things fall apart.

The potentail trouble starts where the head line and life line are joined.(shown in blue)

They are joined for a while, showing controlling energy coming from early life or family. On the left side, you can see the life line trying to separate from the support lines. The support lines start close and move farther away. This would show the need for expansion in life and a repeated attempt to distance oneself from the support.
On the right side, the lines are more balanced, and there is a fork coming off the end of the life line. This is a travelers life line breaking away from the routine, and the support.
The farther away from early life and family you can get, the more you get to be yourself. This will never be easy to do, but it is of utmost importance. You can only unlock your true potential when broken away from the early life control.

Any sort of travel will be very good for you. See as many styles of life and as many geographical locations as you can. You will learn more about who you are in each of them.

Fate line

The breaks in the fate line are showing shifts in career. On the left side there are two short lines that are both stopped at the heart line. This shows two careers that must get past the emotional barrier to flourish. Basically, it means don't give up. When you fail, do it again and again until you succeed.
On the right side, the line curves away from the middle finger, essentially showing a large truth that's it's easier to aviod than to face.
With a dominant middle finger it would come down to this....
You know what is right, and in the face of resistance and failure, you must continue on your path.

Mercury and Apollo

Here, we have multiple Mercury lines running toward the pinky. This shows the ability to master many forms of communication. Multiple languages, visual art, expressive movement, pretty much any form of communication. Make sure you are exploring all forms and learning all the time. You have great ability as a communicator.

The Apollo lines, running toward the ring finger, show a natural luck. If you are being true to yourself, you should trust that you are in the right place at the right time. This will most likely get easier as you get older, as the one on the left starts at the heart line.(a little later in life)

Overall, be true to your moral code, and break away from early life boxes as much as you can.
Every new experience, and every new method of communication will unlock more inner truth and keep you on your path.
