Curiosities
Outside the Fulham Stadium is a statue of Michael Jackson who had a great friendship with club president Mohamed Al Fayed.
The statue was opened before Fulham's game against Blackpool Football Club at Craven Cottage, where locals won 3-0. This was the joy of the president, who when it was shown, danced with a child in front of the statue of the "King of Pop".
Al Fayed said that "people will come to see the statue from all parts of England and I think it is something that everyone should be proud of." Michael Jackson attended a Fulham game in 1999.
