Hang On, PALnet - Decimal Voting is Coming Up!
One of the biggest complaints about PALnet thus far is the fact that few people can "feel" the impact of their votes. This is largely due to the fact that many don't carry enough PAL power to actually move a whole increment PAL higher.
PAL, after all, is currently denominated in whole unit numbers - no decimals allowed.
This is all going to change very soon. With the recent announcement by @aggroed, the new hardfork should allow for PALnet to receive decimaled upvoting so that even those with much smaller stakes should be able to upvote and see a difference with their voting power. Keep up the good work at making PALnet.io an awesome addition to the STEEM blockchain. Dual rewards with STEEM is an amazing innovation that is only beginning to be realized. But let's be honest, the best way to partake in this bonanza is to actually BUY some PAL in order to have some influence on the network.
For all those who have sold off their claimdrop stakes, I'd hate to tell you but the value of PAL has only gone up. Try to keep up in getting it back at a more fair value! This was no sh*tcoin airdrop. This was a long-term, value-creating reward token that few will want to miss out down the road!
So basically this will allow people with large amounts of power to accumulate even more while rest dont so how is this any different to steemit?

Considering it was a claimdrop that reduced the weighting of whales relative to your average minnow provided they were vested into Steem Power, it's a lot fairer than Steemit. There was a cap of 2500 PAL on the claimdrop. Additionally, PAL is super cheap right now provided anyone who wants to become bigger in terms of influence on PALnet.
Whoever's complaining about power accumulation on PALnet seriously needs to consider if they were just dumb for trying to get "free money" in selling off in the claimdrop. Instead they should be taking advantage of everyone else's loss.

I agree and havent sold trying to buy some but I also know it's an inflated price that's being manipulated this price will be half this in a few months. Look at weedcash that's same thing but happening a lot quicker coz the community is more niche it's down around 500%
I am going to wait til it drops buy and then wait for the next wave of great investors and sell. It happens all the time in every crypto projects so lets not act surprised

Personally I do as it's 1/5 of the price of steem which is the original. It's just a copy and who says me and you can't do the same Tommorow and call it pil lol
